What Makes a Good Annual Report
Writing Beneficiary Stories with Respect
Turning Data into Infographics
A clear message from leadership, programme highlights with key numbers, real stories from the field, a financial summary and good photographs – arranged so a busy reader understands your year in minutes.
Take informed consent, use the person's own words, show the change and their role in it, and avoid pity-based language. A respectful story is also the most convincing one.
Pick the few numbers that matter most, compare them with the baseline or target, and present them visually. Donors and CSR committees read an infographic far faster than a table.
Our Belief
Numbers show what was done. Stories show what changed.
Good impact communication balances evidence with real-life experiences – never exaggerating, never hiding the truth.
